H3 Shot Lab is an independent guide and planning tool for people testing FAL H3 Max. It explains fal's published faster-than-real-time result, then turns a short-video idea into a reviewable brief before a paid generation is sent.

What we maintain

The site follows fal's release notes and live endpoint schemas. Speed figures, model limits, and list-price estimates are attributed, date-stamped, and linked back to fal so changing details can be checked at the source.

What we do not do

We do not run the model, sell generation credits, collect fal API keys, or claim affiliation with fal or MiniMax. A completeness score checks whether a brief names useful parts; it cannot guarantee the creative quality of a generated video.
